RETURNS

Every single piece goes through stringent quality checks before it is shipped out. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Canvas & Weaves, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
• Please write to us directly at - hello@canvasandweaves.com , and we will assist you through the return process. We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.
• Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
• Shipping cost will have to be borne by you, the sender.
• The package will need to be shipped to our headquarters in Singapore at the address mentioned below.

REFUND

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Canvas & Weaves will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

For Mandeep Nagi, the love of Indian textiles was inborn, taking pleasure in admiring her mother’s saris, to stitching her own clothes, textiles were an integral part of her life and upbringing. For David Housego, it began with a tryst with tribal rugs in Iran, an admiration for the geometric patterns and craftsmanship.
