RETURNS

Every single piece goes through stringent quality checks before it is shipped out. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Canvas & Weaves, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
• Please write to us directly at - hello@canvasandweaves.com , and we will assist you through the return process. We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.
• Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
• Shipping cost will have to be borne by you, the sender.
• The package will need to be shipped to our headquarters in Singapore at the address mentioned below.

REFUND

• Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Canvas & Weaves will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

EXCHANGES

• We hope that you love your items from Canvas & Weaves. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return undamaged, unwashed, and unused item(s) for store credit or within a 30-day timeline from when you received your order.
• In case of an issue with sizing and the product doesn't fit you, please write us at hello@canvasandweaves.com briefing us about it and the correct size that you would like in exchange, before shipping it back to our postal address as mentioned below.
