Chola by Sohaya Misra does not follow rules about size, season or what fashion is supposed to look like.
Founded in Mumbai in 2015 after Sohaya — a stylist who once dressed Manisha Koirala — walked into a fabric shop and walked out with a truck full of material, Chola grew from a single experiment into one of India's most loved accessible luxury labels. The ethos is simple: clothes must be alive, have movement and fit everyone.
Every Chola piece is free-sized and adjustable — clever ties, buttons and structural detailing allow each garment to be worn differently, by different bodies, in different ways. The fabrics are organic cotton, kala cotton, linen and recycled deadstock. The silhouettes are fluid and structured. The design language is minimal with edge and soul.
