Welcome to the Canvas and Weaves Loyalty Program! We’re excited to reward you for shopping with us. Here’s everything you need to know about earning and redeeming your points.

🪙 How do I earn points?
You earn 100 points for every $100 you spend on our platform. So if you spend $250, you’ll earn 250 points.

💵 How much are my points worth?
Every 100 points = $10 in store credit. So 300 points = $30 off your purchase.

🎯 What’s the minimum number of points I need to redeem?
You need at least 600 points (worth $60) to make a redemption. Redemptions below this threshold are not allowed.

🚫 Is there a maximum limit to how many points I can redeem at once?
Yes — you can only redeem up to 600 points ($60) per purchase, regardless of how many points you’ve earned.

🛍️ Where can I use my points?
You can redeem your points on any eligible purchase directly on our website during checkout.

⏳ Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned if not used. We'll send you reminders before they expire!

👤 How can I check my point balance?
Simply log into your Canvas and Weaves account and head over to the "My Points" section in your profile.

🎁 Can I earn points on all purchases?
Points are earned on the product value only, excluding taxes, shipping, and promotional discounts.

📦 Can I use points along with other discounts or promo codes?
Yes — you can use your points in combination with other on-site discounts. However, you will only be able to use one promo/voucher code at any point in time.

🙋♀️ What happens if I return a product I earned points on?
If you return a product, the points earned on that product will be deducted from your balance.

💳 Do I earn points if I use a gift card to pay?
You’ll earn points on the full amount paid, even if you used a gift card to complete your purchase.
