HOW DO THE ITEMS I ORDER GET TO ME?
Canvas & Weaves is a marketplace for original art & sustainable fashion. So items purchased on Canvas & Weaves are shipped by the brand/artists that made them.
If you ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number for each package via email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We encourage you to check and read about your purchase & dispatch date before placing an order. Since items ship directly from the designer/artist that made the product(s) you ordered, the time it takes you to receive them would depend on that designers processes.
However, most merchandise should be dispatched within 10-14 business days, if not sooner. If you think your package is delayed too much, or if you have any other issues, we want to help! Please feel free to contact us so we can check on your order: email@example.com
WHAT’S THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Before you return a product by Canvas & Weaves, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Our garments are mostly handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Hand loom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
In spite of these variables, we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage or in case of incorrect size.
Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with tags. If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the product as well as the invoice details and barcode in 4 working days.
We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces.
Should we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability, poor product quality, inventory, we will cancel your order and offer you a full refund.
Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customs & Duties
For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.
