  A) We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following brands: Chola, Rajiramniq, Akaaro Shades of IndiaStudio Medium, Suparna Som, Nirjara, Why So Blue, Marche. These products involve intricate handcrafted techniques and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you've received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us at

B) All brands except those mentioned in point A are eligible for return or exchange. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Canvas & Weaves, you can return/exchange your qualifying item(s) for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Please write to us directly at, and we will assist you through the return/exchange process. We reserve the right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests. 

C) Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange. 

D) Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

E) Returns/exchange garments must be unworn with the original tags attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. 

F) The shipping cost will have to be borne by the buyer/sender.

  • As curators working with artisan-centric brands, our handcrafted products undergo rigorous quality checks. However, since the garments are made using natural processes like natural dyes and handwoven fabrics, it may lead to irregularities, highlighting the uniqueness of each piece. Please review product descriptions carefully; these irregularities are not defects but distinctive features celebrating the handmade nature of our items.


After approving your qualifying return, Canvas & Weaves will credit your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.


For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer, if applicable.
