Chola rests on the ethos of simplicity and soulful design arising out of the ‘less is more’ philosophy. Using recycled cotton varieties was in tune with the label’s design sensibilities of employing free-cutting methodologies to achieve the quintessential asymmetrical look with minimal wastage, an approach well complemented by the fabrics made out of post-consumer waste. The brand represents everyday luxury focused on new-age comfort and style. Clean lines, with plenty of detailing and edge are some of the hallmarks of Chola designs. Relaxed silhouettes and the versatile appeal of separates allow layering in many different ways. 

An independent luxury apparel brand that went from its first display at the Vintage Garden Trunk Show in 2015 to Lakme Fashion Week within a year! We’re stoked to onboard this young and unique label onto our platform. The zeal is what got to us first as you might be able to tell!

Please review our Returns & Exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Canvas & Weaves, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

1. A) We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following brands: Chola, Rajiramniq, Akaaro, Shades of India, Studio Medium, Suparna Som, Nirjara, Indian Summer Story, Marche, Maison Shefali, Paulmi & Harsh, Moborr, Juanita, Myoho, Mac Duggal
2. B) Products explicitly marked as “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE" in the product description.
3. C) Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. D) Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. E) Items purchased using credit notes or gift vouchers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@canvasandweaves.com. We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping. 

REFUNDS

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCT QUALITY & HANDCRAFTED NATURE

Our products undergo thorough quality checks. Variations in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted items and should not be considered defects. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

REFUND

After approving your qualifying return, Canvas & Weaves will credit your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
