Due to fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In case there is any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email at hello@canvasandweaves.com within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged goods and we will replace the damaged product. Once your exchange request is confirmed you may ship the damaged product back to our postal address mentioned below.
